This book was transformative! As a leader of a large startup team, 'Double Down on Your Genius' helped me unlock some truths about myself and my business. I'm so moved by this book! Since I'm not currently a business owner but definitely a creative, I wasn't sure how this book would apply to me, but Willo covers empowerment/self-awareness insight and guidance for EVERYONE in a really grounded, easy to read format. I've already had numerous "aha!" moments and I'm only half way through the book! So I wanted to write this review to let people know that it applies to anyone who wants to shine their light brighter into the world, to clarify and strengthen their creative gifts, and also grow their business doing it if that's your path. But it's insightful either way! I'm seeing how I can steer my life more toward my creative gifts in my current work and it's definitely opening up potential visions for my life that were set aside due to life being life. The reflections in this book are spurring ideas around starting a business again too and I will use this as a foundational inspiration in a rebuild if I do. Feeling inspired. Maybe it's "when" I do! I am a perpetual student, I am always looking for ways to learn about myself and grow. Reading Double Down on Your Genius has brought through quite a few gems for me in support of this inner quest. I can feel where I have more power over that critical inner voice and I have new processes to get clear of stuck thoughts and greater awareness of repeating patterns playing out.

There are so many great journaling prompts throughout to help you process the concepts being shared, Willo is a safe guide to unravel what's holding you back and how you may be holding yourself back. I've pulled so many threads in reading this book, had many a-ha's and oh that again. I feel more trusting of myself going forward, and more truthful with myself too. This book was a great help to get me there.

Willo is a person with information that makes sense, direct, and on point. I am blessed to have met her in person and was able to interact with her.

Seeing her work hands on was refreshing and real down to earth no nonsense and fun at the same time.

Hence when she told her about her book, I signed up right away.

Listening to the book. And it is wonderfully helpful.

I'm only about halfway through reading, but I'm loving this book so far and have had quite a few aha moments already. I've highlighted lots of bits to come back to, and I'm feeling empowered to take the next steps to make my online business a reality. I've been working as a freelancer (holding myself back and playing small) for way too long. Willo's words of "tough love" and gentle encouragement really resonate, and I love her heart-centred approach. This book gives me the tools to take it to the next level. Highly recommend.

Epic book for Entrepreneurs!

We all need to get to know ourselves better and it's not always easy figuring out our own path (everyone knows the "what do you wanna be when you grow up?!)

With so many useful insights in the book, which can help us all figure out more of our own genious, I recommend it even to people that have already "done it all".

Having been in business for 10+ years myself, I got so much value out of the book, that it's worth at least a 2nd read later in the year ;)

Every entrepreneur needs to read this book!

It should be the bible given out in school to encourage children to step in to their power, own their gifts and make the world a better place.

Wilo shares so much wisdom and experience in a way that inspires us to want to dive deep and face the challenges, internally and externally, that so easily stop us reaching our true success and genius. I truly could not put this book down - I felt I had my biggest cheerleader on my shoulder and she was nudging me to embrace my next level!

So many 'aha' moments and the wonderful mantras and quotes wrapped it all together perfectly. it's not often i want to read a book for the second time immediately, but with 'Double Down on Your genius' i'm ready to dive in again and take even more notes with a plan for aligned action!
