Getting to the Foundation stage means you are officially open for business. Congrats!
However, you still have strong elements of Creation. You're still trying to solidify some essential aspects of your business, such as your offer and/or pricing. This means you're doing a dance between the two stages.
You've begun offering your services and getting clients, but you're still testing various aspects of your business to refine or evolve the way you’re delivering your services. You're using the feedback you’ve been receiving and/or what you’ve been learning about yourself, your market, or your particular service industry to decide where to go next.

WATCH OUT FOR THESE Common Pitfalls
Being in Foundation with elements of Creation can sometimes be a way of playing it small. Going back to dreaming and planning is way easier than executing and getting out of your comfort zone.
The most common pitfall of this stage is moving backwards rather than forwards, constantly jumping back into Creation to change your offer, price point or package.
This back-and-forth happens when you are not clear on the foundational elements that make up your business, such as ideal client, type of service or exactly what you want to be providing.
You could be serving the wrong niche/target market or attracting the wrong type of client with your messaging.
It will serve you to consciously get completely out of the (often volatile and vulnerable) Creation stage sooner than later, so that you can fully step into the realms of cultivating the strong Foundation that will lead you into Momentum.
You can waste days, months, and years getting in your own way. And when you're busy derailing or tripping yourself up, it only gives you more reasons to stay comfortable (aka play small and play it safe).
