You're in the idea creation & startup stage. This is a very exciting and intoxicating place for creatives, because it’s playful and you’re so great at coming up with ideas and creative problem-solving!
You also most likely don’t have any skin in the game at this stage (haven't invested money yet), which can make it feel very light and easy.
If you’ve been charging and getting paid for your services, you’re not in Creation. Creation is literally creating the ideas, figuring out how and where to start.
You also may be a current business owner, but feel like you're here, because what you’re creating now feels wholly new to you - like a big leap, birthing a new idea, or diving into a new realm of service.
I work with people who have LOTS of ideas, and while some may be new ideas, they’re most likely a thread/evolution/incarnation birthed from a former business or a deepening of a particular offering, spiritual calling, or intuitive, creative spark that’s coming through them.

- Beyond the actual business idea, you still need to figure out the specific business offering(s). You may not have thought of specific offerings yet, or have barely begun the process to discover them, because you still feel unsure or unclear about exactly WHAT you want to do and HOW you're going to do it.
- You don't know exactly how you're going to communicate about your business and offering(s) with others. You may be talking about your ideas with a lot of people, which can feel like you’re making progress, but the truth is it’s all still percolating and taking shape.
- You don't know what to charge or how to price your services.
- You have been dreaming about this idea for a long time. It's so real, you can taste it! You're tired of it not being a reality, and you're ready to make it happen.

WATCH OUT FOR THESE Common Pitfalls
It’s common to get stuck in Creation mode, because dreaming and planning is way easier than executing and getting out of your comfort zone.
If you are an experienced business owner, it may actually serve you to consciously get out of the (often volatile and vulnerable) Creation stage sooner than later, so that you can step into the realms of cultivating the strong Foundation that will lead you into Momentum.
This can also be where a lot of mistakes or “failures” happen, which can feel discouraging and create a "Hamster Wheel of Not Enough" loop.
You can waste days, months, and years getting in your own way. And when you're busy derailing or tripping yourself up, it only gives you more reasons to stay comfortable (aka play small and play it safe).

When you have a message or big idea coming through you, it's deeply personal. That's why there is no one-way for everyone.
This path REQUIRES that you develop a strong relationship with yourself, your intuition, your self-trust, your purpose, and a spirit of determination to birth your big ideas into the world and serve more people with your gifts.
