The truth is we're often out of alignment - consciously or unconsciously self-sabotaging - in one or more of these areas [BEING + DOING + HAVING], which prevents us from MANIFESTING the lives and businesses we desire.

Reflection is powerful. Therefore, knowing which of these areas needs your attention right now gives YOU the opportunity to shift your behavior, your mindset, and your capacity to truly expand - thereby moving you forward into your next level.

You truly care about what you do. To the point you can't imagine NOT having integrity, especially when it comes to your business. But, for some reason, despite all of your curious introspection and hard work, you just can't seem to break through to that elusive next level.

You may wonder why you're still making the same amount of money, or don't have more clients (especially ideal clients), OR you're simply missing the satisfaction and ease you thought would come from all you've built thus far.

Close friends, clients, or colleagues reflect your amazingness to you – they see all that you do & they know your potential, too. They may even think you've already made it, but the truth is... you're not yielding the results you know are possible.

It's easy to lose faith in yourself when your life or your business outcomes don't match up with the work you're putting in. You know something is off, but you can't put your finger on what it is. However, you're smart enough to know that it's most likely YOU getting in your own way.

Deep down, you know your work offers unique value and deserves to be seen & shared. Your offerings will be life-changing for many — if you could only stand boldly and visibly on behalf of your truth.

You're probably not "just in this for the money," and you may even have fear & discomfort when it comes to even talking about money or being "sales-y."

Especially as women, we're conditioned to play small rather than play ball when it comes to negotiating and standing firm in our pricing.

Because of this, you may fall be undervaluing your own time & energy, undercharging, and/or overgiving... keeping yourself on the hamster wheel of "not enough" - overworked, burned out, and wondering, "What gives?"

The leaders who truly succeed - in life and business - are the ones who COMMIT to their vision, FACE their fears, and come back into ALIGNMENT with themselves over and over again!

If you're experiencing any of this, don't get discouraged! This area - learning how to TAKE PLEASURE in HAVING - is one of the most underdeveloped muscles... especially for women!  

We weren't taught this. In fact, many of us were raised to be good girls ("don't be selfish" "only speak when spoken to") and to play small ("don't get too big for your britches" "don't draw too much attention to yourself" aka tall poppy syndrome). 

Furthermore, being raised in the patriarchy (distorted masculine energy), we have primarily only been shown examples of those who have financial wealth and power who got there through very invasive,  non-consensual, and/or horrifically abusive or violent means. 

This is about our relationship with power and our ability to feel SAFE to receive and expand. 

This is why my work is somatic (body-centered), trauma-informed, nervous-system informed, and attachment informed... because the patterns that hold us back are deeply engrained into our DNA.
